Six divisions, one team and one standard — for the people and companies moving, settling, studying, travelling and building across our markets.
Most people arrive with one problem and stay for four. Each division works on its own — and hands over cleanly when the need changes.
Getting you there, legally and on time.

Your situation, your timeline, and what has to be true a year from now.
Route, cost and sequence — written down before any work begins.
Appointments, documents and logistics coordinated by our own team.
Renewals, school years and the next step. The relationship doesn't end at the first task.
Six ways in. One team behind all of them.
Passion Connect brings six service divisions under one roof, run by one team from offices in Dubai and Tashkent. Passion Education is one of those divisions. What began as help for a handful of families and companies is now a single point of contact across ten markets.
| Head office | Dubai, United Arab Emirates |
| Regional office | Tashkent, Uzbekistan |
| Markets | Eurasia, the Caucasus, Central Asia, South Asia and the Gulf |
| Working languages | English, Russian, Uzbek, Arabic |
| Clients | Private clients, companies and institutions |
Six routes we run often enough to quote from memory. Each one is a real programme with a scope, a timeline and a price — not a country page.
For founders and families who want a base in the Gulf with schools, banking and flights that actually work.
The fastest soft landing in the region: low cost of living, quick company setup, and a short flight home.
Tbilisi or Batumi, with a long visa-free stay for most passports and a business climate built for small companies.
A European base without EU paperwork: Belgrade for teams that need to hire, invoice and travel inside Europe.
A 37-million market growing fast, and the one we know best — our second office has been in Tashkent from the start.
For families choosing the next step: a realistic shortlist, an application that holds up, and a plan for the money.
A family moving for a school year and a company opening its first regional office need different things — but both need someone who answers the phone and knows the file.
Moving country, settling children into school, buying back the months a move usually costs. Most arrive with one question and leave with a plan for the next two years.
Entering a new market, hiring the first local people, running a project from another time zone. We handle the workstream so your team can keep running the business.
Universities, colleges and schools recruiting students across our markets — plus organisations that need the right audience gathered in one room on the right day.
Dubai covers the Gulf and South Asia. Tashkent covers Central Asia and the Caucasus. Every market on this list is one we work in directly — where we use a partner, we say so.
Six divisions, one relationship. You explain your situation once, and it stays with the same people as the work moves between them.
Dubai and Tashkent are staffed by us. Where we work through partners we say so — and we stay responsible for the result either way.
When a relocation turns into a school search, a project or an office, nothing gets re-explained to a stranger and nothing falls between two suppliers.
Our fee, third-party costs and the likely timeline in writing at the start. Surprises are a service failure, not a business model.
No. Each division works on its own and is priced on its own. Most clients start with one thing and add others later because it turns out to be easier — not because it was bundled.
A fixed fee for a defined scope wherever the work allows it, and an hourly rate where it genuinely can't be scoped in advance. Third-party and official costs are always shown separately from our fee.
Usually within a week of the first call. What takes longer is everything outside our control — appointment availability, processing times, school admission windows — and we tell you which of those apply before you commit.
English, Russian, Uzbek and Arabic day to day. Documents are prepared in whichever language the receiving side requires, and we arrange certified translation where it's needed.
Sometimes, through partners we've worked with before. We'll tell you plainly when something sits outside our own footprint, so you can decide whether that's acceptable.
One message reaches all six divisions. We'll tell you which one you actually need.
